
Ingredients:
1 can chick peas/ garbanzo beans (15 oz)
2 tablespoon Roasted Garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Olive oil
Pinch of Salt and Pepper (add acordingly)
1 tablespoon Crushed Red Pepper
Dash of Sesame Oil
Through all of these ingredients into a Food Processor (worst case scenario- a blender on high)
Serve in a beautiful dish with Warm Pita, Veggies or use instead of high cal sandwich spread. Enjoy!
