While reading a local paper today at my favorite little sandwich shop, I stumbled across an article about Patrick Earley! He is 85 years old and still giving blood. In fact, he has given blood 700 times and helped more then 4,200 people!! So while all of you are on your asses facebooking and blogging, you should take 20 minutes out to help someone. As of now, only 3 in every 100 Americans are donating!!! I am going to go in the next week, and I have low tolerance for needles. Make a difference, I promise you will feel amazing afterward.
