No yeast in your diet? No problem

While dining with a few friends the other night at the house, I was discussing my lack of flavor because of my yeast free/ gluten free diet. This means: no ketchup, no soy sauce...etc. Linds pulled out a WONDERFUL product from BRAGG (the same company that makes my apple cider vinegar) which resembles a Soy Sauce, but better! This product is called Liquid Aminos and is made from soy beans. It can be bought at any organic health shop such as Mother's market. It also contains 16 Amino Acids. Healthy and tastes good.
