Morning Smoothie Trick

Lately I have gotten really into smoothies and juices.  If you are on the go and can't be bothered to stop and eat breakfast this is a perfection solution:
smoothie tip: add spinach to almost any smoothie and it not only provides twice as many vitamins, you can't taste it at all!

My recent favorite morning smoothie:
2 Handfuls Mixed Berries: Blueberry, Raspberry, Strawberry
1 Handful Baby Spinach
1/2 cup raw, Unfiltered Cranberry Juice
1/2 cup Vanilla Rice Milk
1/2 cup Vanilla flavored Hemp Protein Powder
Dash of flaxseed oil

Blend to perfection and fall in lust....
