Yummy and Perfectly Healthy


My new little go to snack these days is as healthy as it is easy to make. I try to avoid cow's cheese and breads at all cost, so this snack makes me feel practically guilty. Slice up an apple (I prefer the green ones with a bit of a sour bite) and chunk off a bit of goat cheese onto a plate. Spread the goat cheese all over the apple slices as if they were a cracker. For a bit more of a kick throw on some dried cranberries, pine nuts or honey.
